SDS design engineers were the Architect, Civil & Structural Engineers and Assigned Certifier on this conversion. An existing bulky use building was converted into a modern state of the art retail store with a sales area of 962m2. 530 car park spaces are provided on site for the entire retail park, including reserved spaces for families and disabled shoppers.
The new store boasts a modern architectural design, spacious interior layout with high ceilings and wide aisles, meaning customers are offered a greater shopping experience, with the same great value. A Lidl to Go coffee machine and a bakery area offer customers an increased range of delicious, freshly baked goods, tea and coffee.

The store incorporates a newly designed and installed lift which allows customers access the store from the underground car park.

Our clients are in public and private sectors, including government bodies, developers, main contractors and owners. Market areas in which we currently work are commercial, residential, industrial, hotel and leisure, education, and water engineering.
