SDS Design Engineers acted as Civil/Structural engineers on this Lidl Undercroft also. This project involved the construction of a 3-storey development including a retail store, an under-croft car park and retail units on a greenfield site. Works included the pouring of a 700m3 shop floor podium transfer slab measuring 1400m2. The new development offers 117 new carparking spaces,3 retail units in addition to the main Lidl store, cycle racks and a public realm space.
