SDS Design Engineers acted as Civil/Structural of a new Undercroft store with ground floor entrance providing access to first floor supermarket. On the first floor, there is two retails units along with internal staff welfare facilities and plant. Lobby area and under croft parking of 84 spaces, total gross floor area of the building 3577sqm with a new ramped loading bay.
