PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The construction of 120 detached and semi-detached houses on site with poor ground. The ground was improved and the house foundations were constructed using our unique lightweight raft foundation, which is both cheaper and quicker than conventional house foundations.

SDS design engineers & architects developed a prototype precast concrete store in London. The aim was to reduce the construction time by at least 20% but also to maintain the visual appearance of the store. The SDS team completed the brief successfully.
